ENOUGH OF ALL THESE CRITICISMS ABOUT NIGERIA'S DEMOCRACY

Enough of all these lashings, and boisterous castigation of our nation and her celebration of Democracy. The truth is, we Nigerians are die-hard critics, who do nothing other than to sit down and fold our arms leering through the policies the government makes so we could know how to criticise her. A lot of people are saying what democracy are we celebrating? 14years of laundering, corruption, bla bla bla, do you think it is just one person's duty to repair this nation? Do you think
one person should be held responsible for Nigeria's misdeeds and perilous blunders?

Nobody is responsible for our failure, we all are. I am responsible, you are responsible, we all are responsible. It is our statutory duty and obligation to adhere strictly to the stringent rules and regulations of our dear fatherland and where the nation is moving in an awkward direction then it is my duty to make sure she moves in the right direction. All we do as citizens of this nation is to sit
down and criticise our nation, sit down and slanderously talk down our nation, sit down and whitewash government policies, as if we are really doing anything about the contemporary situation of things. Do you think Nigeria belongs to one person? Do you think Nigeria is controlled by one person? If you think Nigeria has failed, then you have also failed, because you sat there watching your nation go down the drain and did absolutely nothing about it. Enough of all these libellous words rendered on our beloved nation, enough of all these castigative messages libelled
on our great nation, enough of we all blaming someone who's even trying to steer this nation to the right direction. Jonathan needs your help to take this country to the height of our dreams, Jonathan needs your committment and dedication to lead this nation. Criticising his politics and policies will do this nation no good. So instead of sitting there and talk evil of our nation, why don't you do something about it? We all talk like if we had the opportunity to rule this nation we would do much
better than the President or Government. The truth is, you have that opportunity where you are right now: at your workplace, your home, your school, your organisation, etc. Are you doing the right things in these places I've mentioned? Some of you spend your energy, time and money antagonising and criticizing the government, have you been able to take control of your home and lead it to
the right directions? Some of you don't even have peace in your homes, you have no control over your children, they engage in immoral and social vices, yet you see them and do nothing about it because you've lost control of them. Some of you do even worse than the worst government we've ever had in your companies, you embezzle far more money than the bad politicians we call names, you lead your company to a bad direction, and yet you have the teremity, effrontery and
audacity to publicly criticise your country and her government. Do you think it's until you're in government before you can think of what to do for this nation? Well guess what, you are the government and the government is you, so whose shame is it If Nigeria is a failed nation? Mine, yours, ours. So people enough of all this crap of how bad Jonathan is, how failed Nigeria is? Until you do what you have to do to move the nation to the direction it ought to move to, then hush. Look at that poor man on the street who can't feed, do you need to be a president to help him;
look at that poor little girl hawking on the street so she could survive, Must you be the president before you help her? Look at that poor boy who's dropped out of school because he can't pay his fees, must you be Mr president to help him. What about that poor widow, that orphan, must you be in government to stretch out your helping hands to them? So shut the fuck up, if you aren't doing anything to alleviate humanity of its problems if not totally ameliorate them. If you call any
politician a thief, you are a bigger thief, if you call any government official a heartless and wicked soul, you are twice that, because you see all these problems around you and you still can't take one of them and solve. So when people like Adams Oshiomole, Godswill Akpabio, and all talk about our nation. Please keep your mouth shut because you've got nothing to say. Enough of all these criticisms and do something about the situation if you don't like it.
