Update on Chidi Lloyd case-A.G of River's state Takes Over Proceedings

This is a first class gist from my friends serving in port Harcourt luckily for Acebloggers lol. He was at the High court of Rivers state at the justice LL Nyordee court and observed the following:
"The jubilation of Chidi lloyd fans could not be described  as  the AG of Rivers State took over proceedings and withdrews counter affidavit filed by the commissioner of police opposing the bail application pursuant to Section 174 of the 1999 Constitution and withdrew their Counter Affidavit opposing bail, which in effect means they not contesting the application. So it was adjourned for ruling  today. Also heard the AG will enter a nolle prosequi if you don't know what it means consult google lol and end the case against Chidi Lloyd.
