Miley Cyrus' latest tattoo had to be a painful process.
The 21-year-old took to Instagram to show off her fresh unique ink on Friday: a "sad kitty" on the inside of her lip.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer simply captioned one snapshot with the emoji icon that undoubtedly inspired the design. Cyrus is staring straight at the camera as she pulls down her bottom lip to reveal the bright yellow cat shedding a single blue tear.
Cyrus offered a close-up look in another photograph and wrote, "#sadkitty #f--kyeahtulsa@waynewontpostpicsofnakedwomen @katyweaver #lovemoneyparty #freakz."
