WATCH NIGERIA WE SERVE FEAT COMMISSIONER FOR HOUSING, LAGOS STATE

Nigeria We Serve is here again with yet another exhilarating episode featuring the Honourable Commissioner for Housing, Lagos State, Hon. Olatubosun Jeje as he speaks on "HOW CAN WE IMPROVE SHELTER IN NIGERIA?".

Join the programme "NIGERIA WE SERVE " with host, Okim-Alobi Oyama on Saturday 7th September 2013 at 6pm on NTA 2, Lagos Network Centre, as he explores the issue of accommodation and shelter in Nigeria with prime focus on the Lagos State Government and her housing and mortgage scheme which is geared towards ameliorating homelessness in Lagos state. Statistically, 22.9% of the entire population of Lagos state which brings us to 4.8million people in Lagos State are poor, Lagos State has the lowest poverty rate, but that notwithstanding, the Government headed by Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola still cares about the welfare of his people and even though only 4.8 million people in Lagos state are poor as against over 16 million people okay, the Lagos State Government believes it still has to do more by improving shelter and accommodation for people in Lagos. Hence the focus of this week's episode.
