Mary J Blige Storms Lagos on Friday

              
Kilimanjaro Entertainment, in collaboration with Etisalat Nigeria is set to host legendary queen of Soul/R’n’B, Mary J. Blige, at a concert titled “Sisters with Soul” and billed for Lagos, Nigeria on Friday, September 27. The concert holds at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The 42-year-old African- America singer, songwriter and producer will headline the all female concert which will feature the best of Nigerian female artistes in Soul, Rap and R’n’B music.

The line up includes Seyi Shay of ‘Irawo’ fame; EME’s first lady, Niyiola; West African Idol finalist Jodie; gospel Rap/Soft Rock powerhouse, Nikki Laoye; Lola Rae and DJ Cuppy. A nine-time recipient of the Grammy award, Mary J. Blige has sold more than 50 million albums and 15 million singles worldwide. As of 2013, Billboard ranked Blige as the most successful female R&B artist of the past 25 years. Kilimanjaro Entertainment has also hosted American music stars such as Joe, Anita Baker, Chris Brown and several others.
